HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.46432 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners as well as claim application filed through Meeseva, basing on the directions of the 2nd respondent for deletion of lands from the prohibited list. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

It is not in dispute that the petitioners are owners and possessors of the subject lands. While so, the petitioners want to sell the same to B.C. Corporation to meet the financial needs, they approached the 5th respondent for valuation. But, the 5th respondent informed that the subject lands are in dots list and suggested the petitioners to take No Objection from the revenue authorities. Thereupon, the petitioners filed Revision Petition before the 3rd respondent seeking a direction against respondents 4 and 5 and simultaneously filed representation on 28.08.2018. In the said Revision Petition the 3rd respondent gave an endorsement to file a claim petition through Meeseva for deletion of lands from prohibited list. As per the said direction, the petitioners filed claim petition through Meeseva, but till date no orders are passed on the said petition.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated

28.08.2018, said to have been filed by the petitioners and take action within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J DECEMBER 21, 2018 YVL
