HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.40602 of 2017 O R D E R:- Counsel for petitioner submits that he is not arguing the writ petition on merits but the petitioner is satisfied, if a direction is issued to 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 29.07.2017 and dispose of the same. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that according to procedure in vogue, the Committee looks into grievances/requests and decision as warranted in the facts and circumstances of a case is taken.
As the prayer is for a direction to dispose of the representation, without expressing a view on petitioner's assertions, the 2nd respondent is directed to examine the representation and take a decision as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
