Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein got issued a legal notice dated 25.7.2017 to the 2nd respondent through her Advocate, but no action has been taken so far. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the said legal notice dated 25.7.2017.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd Respondent to verify the legal notice dated 25.7.2017 got issued by the petitioner herein and to take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
