Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner made an application on 09-12-2016 in Form-VI-A under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and that 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.09-12-2016 within four (04) weeks and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.09-12-2016 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
