This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner for renewal of notary, dated 24.06.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by an order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9655 of 2016 and batch, dated 02.12.2016.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also allowed setting aside the impugned Memo, dated 31.08.2015, and the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for renewal in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that in case, if the application for renewal is sought to rejected, a notice shall be issued to the petitioner before passing an appropriate order.
