Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 01-07-2017 to 2nd respondent for sub division of land in Sy. No.34 of Ponnada village along with accompanying documents and has also sought for survey and demarcation of the said land and 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider the said application within two months and take appropriate action thereon. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the said application within two months and take appropriate action thereon. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
