Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum for redressal of her grievance.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedies in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
