HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.46491 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering, processing and releasing the sale deed presented before respondents 3 and 4 in respect of property admeasuring 411.77 square yards with structured building in R.S.No.132/2, situated at D.No.23-35-43, Advai Seshagirirao Street, Lakshminagar, Vijayawada, Krishna District vide pending document No.1905 of 2018, though there is a direction from this Court in WP.No.39706 of 2018 by its order dated 05-11-2018 to communicate the reasons to the petitioner for keeping the document pending, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to respondents 3 and 4 to process and register the sale deed presented vide P.No.1905 of 2018 in respect of the subject property.

It is the case of the petitioner that since respondents are not releasing the document in pursuance to orders of this Court in WP.No.39706 of 2018, he filed the present writ petition. But the petitioner has already got relief in the said writ petition, he cannot again maintain the present writ petition and he cannot seek same relief by filing another writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail other remedies.
