THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P.No.46490 of 2018 Order:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

"to issue a writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the Government of A.P. in not disposing of the Revision Petition dated 26.02.2018 filed by the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents to impose and collect only the reasonable fine of Rs.5,00,000/- and issue invoice for further sale of road material".

Though various grounds are raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of the revision petition dated 26.02.2018 filed by the petitioner against Demand Notice No.361/Cr/2017 dated 10.03.2017. 3.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the revision petition dated 26.02.2018 filed by the petitioner, as early as possible, preferably within six to eights weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
