This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of the writ of Mandamus declaring the highhanded action of the respondents in threatening to demolish the temporary shed by way of interfering with possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over property under plot Nos 3 & 4/Part under sy no 207/Part situated at Kailashnagar Colony Chandanagar Village Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal arbitrary unjust unconstitutional and in violation of Articles 14 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents and their officials not to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject property without following the procedure contemplated under law."

When the matter was taken up for admission on 29.12.2017, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of notice issued under Section 452 (1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short, 'the Act') and now he submits that appropriate notice was issued under Section 336 of the Act, thereafter.

In view of the same, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
