HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.40563 and 41727 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Since the issue involved in both these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this Common Order.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances this Court allowed W.P.Nos.42464 & 42714 of 2018 by common order dated 04.12.2018 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 04.12.2018, these writ petitions are allowed the impugned proceedings in Rc.No.2207/2015-E5, dated 25.04.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent is set aside. The 5th respondent is directed to receive the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject property in these writ petitions and register the same, if the same are in order as per the provisions of Indian Stamps and Registration Act and the Rules made thereunder.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 20-12-2018 kvs
