THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.1 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.13717 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are the A.1 to A.4 in C.C.No.107 of 2018 on the file of the XIII Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad outcome of Cr.No.197 of 2017 on the file of the Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for offences punishable u/ sec.498-A, 341 and 506 IPC and u/ sec.3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, (for short, 'the Act') on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant. The petitioner, the defacto-complainant and the victim along with their respective counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.No.1 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.No.

1 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 in C.C.No.107 of 2018 on the file of the XIII Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad outcome of Cr.No.197 of 2017 on the file of the Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad The petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
