Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply in Form-VIA prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds to the petitioner Nos.2 and 3.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
