Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had filed an appeal before the 3rd respondent challenging the order dt.11.11.2016 of the Tahsildar, Parvathipuram issued under Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and that the 3rd respondent is not disposing of the said appeal.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will decide the said appeal within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to decide the said appeal within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
