THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40523 of 2017 ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed by an unemployed Graduate, alleging that the second respondent is not receiving the petitioner's application online to the post of School Assistant (Social Studies) pursuant to the Notification No.52 of 2017, dated 21.10.2017, for Teachers Recruitment Test in School Education Department.

While taking up the matter, this Court perused the printout of the software and noticed that the software provides for accepting the applications.

The petitioner states that he completed his Degree in Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) in the year 2010 and as per the Notification, for the post of School Assistant (Social studies), it was stipulated that the candidate should be a Graduate with any two of the allied subjects as options. In the list of allied subjects, in respect of Economics and Commerce separate subjects were shown. In respect of the main subjects, the petitioner has to fulfil two allied subjects. There is sufficient provision in the software for main subjects as well as allied subjects and in spite of the same, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition. If the petitioner has strictly fulfilled the conditions of eligibility, the software provides for the same and there cannot be any grievance for the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending
in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
