Petition filed under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail on any conditions to the satisfaction of this Hon'ble Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Sai Rama Murthy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor(AP) on behalf of RespondentState, the Court made the following ORDER :- "This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 204 of 2017of Anakapalli Police Station, Visakhapatnam district, registered for the offences punishable under section 306 of IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had love affairs with the deceased, Ms. Akula Rupa Shambavi and due to refusal to marry her, she committed suicide.

4. The petitioner's counsel submit that the petitioner has been in jail since 30/08/2017 i.e., more than 85 days and that the entire investigation is over and charge sheet is also filed.

4. Considering the nature of the offence and also the fact that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner/accused shall be released on bail in Crime No.204 of 2017 of Anakapalli Police Station, Visakhapatnam district, on her executing a personal bond of Rs. 10,000=00 (Rs. Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of V-Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam district.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed."
