Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Having regard to the fact that an order of cancellation of repairing licence bearing No.Hyd(City)/RL-93-2004 was passed by Controller of Legal Metrology-second respondent vide proceedings No. 2184/V/L/2017 dated 20.10.2018, copy of proceedings dated 20.10.2018 is served on the learned counsel for petitioner, he seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies against the order of cancellation of license dated 20.10.2018. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
