HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.46587 of 2018 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.34689 of 2012 dated 12.12.2012 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the order dated 12.12.2012, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order and the 3rd respondent is directed to receive, register the documents as may be presented by the petitioner subject to the petitioner applying with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamps Act, 1899, unless there is an order of injunction against alienation of properties in question by a Court of competent jurisdiction. It is clarified that the injunction order said to have been granted by the Madras High Court in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010 would not operate in the State of Andhra Pradesh and that order cannot be treated as an order passed by the Court having competent jurisdiction. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
