This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the property to an extent of Ac.0.36 cents in Survey No.351/6 of Gudipudi Village, Sattenapalli Mandal, Guntur District, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere with the aforesaid property.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment over the subject property without any right. 4.
Without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner from the subject property, without following due process of law.
