THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T APPEAL No.1692 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The appellant is the first respondent in W.P.No.42887 of 2018. He is aggrieved by the interim order dated 27.11.2018 passed by a learned Judge of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed in the said writ petition. The first respondent is the petitioner in the writ petition. By way of I.A.No.1 of 2018, she sought suspension of the proceedings dated 14.11.2018, whereby recovery of certain amounts was sought to be effected. By the order under appeal, the learned Judge granted interim suspension of the said proceedings.

Sri V.S.R.Raavinuthala, learned counsel for the first respondent-writ petitioner, would inform this Court that the appellant filed a vacate stay petition in the pending writ petition in relation to the aforestated interim order and the same has been numbered as I.A.No.2 of 2018. Sri Ambati Sreekanth Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, does not dispute this fact.

That being so, it is not open to the appellant to pursue parallel remedies in relation to the same order.

The writ appeal is therefore not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed on this short ground leaving it open to the appellant to pursue the vacate stay petition filed in the writ petition. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
