HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.46534 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioners is that appeal filed by them in Ref.H/437/2017 pertaining to subject land is pending before the 2nd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioners and affected parties if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
