Heard Mr. M.Saleem, counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner, aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in entertaining and registering crime on complaint dated 11.9.2017, has filed the instant Writ Petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent has already made GD entry and attempted to reach petitioner and record her statement. Since the petitioner is away from Guntur, further progress in the matter could not be shown. She further assures that after recording the statement, the 3rd respondent would follow the principles laid down in the case of LALITHA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF U.P.1 and take the GD entry to its logical conclusion. The counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner will be available for 3rd respondent for recording the statement from tomorrow till 10.12.2017. The petitioner can also inform her availability to the 3rd respondent for proceeding further in the matter. Writ Petition is disposed of as indicated above. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
