This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in respect of land to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in S.No.441/A of Perumallapalli Village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, even after requests of the petitioner through her representation, dated 01.11.2018, even after lapse of more than two months, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the 4th respondent to forthwith mutate the name of the petitioner and issue pattadar pass book and title deed while updating in the on line revenue records. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not made application in Form 6-A for mutation of her name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, for which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application in Form 6-A and a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the same.

Having regard to the above, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make necessary application in Form 6-A for mutation of her name
in the revenue records in respect of the subject land. On filing of such application, the respondent authorities shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two
