Though seizure of stocks is challenged in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner says that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to consider the application of the petitioner dated 21-11-2017 for release of the seized stocks.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application dated 21-11-2017 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the seized stocks shall not be sold.
