Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. Petitioner's grievance is that without registering any crime against the petitioner, at the instance of the wife of the petitioner, he is being called to the 3rd respondent-police station. Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents states that FIR has since been registered against the petitioner on 22-12-2018 and investigation is being carried on and procedure in Cr.P.C. would be followed including issuance of notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
