HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16971 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.12.2000 in I.D.No.29 of 1997 on the file of the Chairman, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Godavarikhani.

As seen from the material, petitioner was 45 years as on the date of filing of this writ petition and the Labour Court observed that petitioner failed to place any material to show that he was removed from service as contended in his application. Petitioner has not even filed the alleged removal order dated 01.02.1990, along with this petition.

According to petitioner, removal order was oral and that he has made a representation and it was not considered. As seen from the material, by this time, petitioner must have attained the age of superannuation and no interest is shown in prosecuting the writ petition.

Considering the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ S. RAVI KUMAR, J Date: 03-12-2015.
