When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that similar writ petitions i.e., W.P.Nos.16333 of 2003 and batch were dismissed vide common order dated 17.03.2016, therefore, these writ petitions also be dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not present. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 17.03.2016 in W.P.Nos.16333 of 2003 and batch, these writ petitions are also dismissed. No order as to costs. Copy of the order dated 17.03.2016 in W.P.Nos.16333 of 2003 and batch be annexed to this order.
