The petitioners 1 to 3 in Crl.P.No.12492 of 2017 are A.1 to A.3 in Cr.No.105 of 2017 on the file of the Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for offences punishable u/sec.420, 468,471 and 406 IPC, on the report of the defacto-complainant/2nd respondent. The 1st petitioner in Crl.P.No.12492 of 2017 is the defacto-complainant in Crl.P.No.3133 of 2018. Both the cases are case and counter. The Crl.P.No.3133 of 2018 is outcome of Cr.No. 852 of 2017 on the file of the Saroornagar PS, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable u/sec.420, 468 and 471 IPC.
The 1st petitioner- G Siva Pothuri Veera Reddy, father of the Petitioner No 2 in Crl.P.No.12492 of 2017 filed I.A.No.2 of 2019 seeking to permit him authorised General Power of Attorney Holder to represent his son 2nd petitioner and the same is allowed.
Both the parties along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably in both the crimes and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.12492 of 2017 and I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.3133 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.2 to 4 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.12492 of 2017 and I.A.Nos.1 and 2 in Crl.P.No.3133 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, both the Criminal Petitions are also allowed quashing the proceedings against the
respective petitioners in both the crimes supra, The respective petitioners are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions in both the Criminal Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ Dr. B.SIVA SANKARA RAO J, Date:30.01.2019 vvr
