It is brought to our notice that the suit O.S.No.844 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, out of which this CMA arises, itself was settled before Lok Adalat on 22.09.2018, and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
