HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 43721 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that, though he made an application on 05.09.2017 to respondent Nos.2 to 5 for demarcating his land after paying requisite fee, no action has been taken thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that respondent Nos.4 and 5 will take further action on the application of the petitioner within six weeks after giving notice to all the affected parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider petitioner's application dated 05.09.2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the affected parties.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
