Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

The impugned endorsement dt.31-10-2017 issued by the 3rd respondent, it is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, has been withdrawn on 23-11-2017.

Learned counsel for petitioner contends that petitioner's online application for issuance of birth certificate is to be considered by 2nd respondent.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's application for issuance of birth certificate to him and take appropriate action within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
