ORDER:

According to learned counsel for petitioner, property of petitioner is located in 227/1 of Buvvanapalli village, Nidamarru Mandal, West Godavari district, and only on that survey number, he requested for conducting of survey as well as not to lay road. However, in the body of the affidavit as well as in the prayers the survey number mentioned as 277/1. Such extensive corrections cannot be permitted. Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open to petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition with proper pleadings. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
