This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in suspending, the petitioner's Licence in Form-A4 of M/s S.L.Wines, Gaz SI.No. VN/156, Licence No.64-156/2017-19 located at Door No. 1-32, Subhadra Village (wrongly typed in suspension order as Subhagra) of Balijipeta Mandal, Vizianagaram District vide RC.No. 236/2017/A5 dt 25.11.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently set aside the order dt 25.11.2017 in RC.No. 236/2017/A5 passed by the 4th respondent and be pleased to pass such other order or orders that may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for all the respondents are in agreement that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court, dated 06.11.2017, passed in W.P.No.36491 of 2017. 3.
Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
