O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in issuing Memo No.C/Record/89/2018, dated.06.07.2018 by not furnishing the copy of ROR order vide No.125/2014, dated.01.06.2014 and stating that the said record is not traced as illegal, arbitrary and against the principals of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 19 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue the copy of Proceedings of ROR No.125/2014, dated.01.06.2014.'

As the aforestated innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for obtaining a copy of the revenue record, this Court sees no necessity to either put the unofficial respondent on notice or afford him an opportunity of hearing. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, states on instructions that a photo copy of the relevant record has now been obtained by the revenue officials and a certified copy of the same would be furnished to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Bichkunda Mandal, Nizamabad District, to furnish a certified copy of the aforestated revenue record expeditiously and in any event, not later than one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
