THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.46623 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the order dated 02.06.2018 passed by the second respondent placing the petitioner under suspension pending enquiry.

It is not in dispute that a charge memo dated 22.06.2018 has also been issued by the second respondent to which the petitioner has given explanation on 18.07.2018.

Therefore, directing the respondents to expeditiously complete the enquiry initiated against the petitioner, and since there is no infirmity in the impugned order warranting interference, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
