THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.46613 OF 2018 ORDER:

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition contending that her representations dated 19.06.2018 and 24.07.2018 seeking posting near Karimnagar on the ground of her illness of severe back pain and fever, have not been considered by the third respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents states that the third respondent will consider the said representations within six (6) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the above representations of the petitioner within six (6) weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
