Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.

The contention of the petitioner is that he had made an application No.D/135/2015 under Section 32 of Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agriculture Lands Act, 1950 (hereinafter, 'the Act') before the 2nd respondent against the respondents 3 and 4, and that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Though, on 08.12.2017, time was sought by the Government Pleader for Revenue to get instructions as to what happened to the application filed by the petitioner, he states that he has not been able to obtain any instructions.

Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed with costs of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the petitioner by the 1st respondent and the 2nd respondent is directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner bearing file No.D/135/2015 under Section 32 of the Act and communicate his decision to the petitioner, within one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5.
