This writ petition is filed alleging that the representation dated 28.03.2017 is not being considered by respondent No.4 with respect to incorporation of his name in the revenue records under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1977.

Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.4-14 guntas in Survey No.533 and 534 of Bhiknoor village and Mandal, Kamareddy District. He made a representation to the 4th respondent on 28.03.2017 requesting to issue pattadar passbook and title deed with respect to the subject property. As there was no positive action forthcoming from the 4th respondent, he made a representation dated 11.09.2017 to the 3rd respondent District Collector, however, no action is taken on his request till date. 3.
Heard Sri S.M. Saifulla, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana. 4.
As the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to incorporating his name as successor in interest against the subject land, he is required to make an application in terms of Section (4) of the Act, particularly in the prescribed form i.e., Form VI-A. As and when the petitioner makes such an application, the respondent authorities, strictly by following due process of law and subject to the petitioner fulfilling the requirements in terms of Rule 9 of the Act, shall consider his application and pass appropriate orders within a
