The present writ petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, to declare the action of the official respondents in not taking action on the unofficial respondents for illegally occupying and erecting temporary huts on the northern side of the road margin leading to Sithannapalli - Dodipatla, R&B road, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to direct the official respondents to remove the temporary huts put by unofficial respondents, causing hazards to free flow of traffic.

Though various grounds are raised, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer, seeking a direction to the authorities to consider their representation dated 27.11.2018 and dispose of the same.

Government Pleader on instructions states that if the application is already made and if it is still pending, it may be directed to be disposed of.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 27.11.2018, if it is made and still pending consideration, in accordance with rules, as early as possible, preferably within four to six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
