ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following ORDER:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record. This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.4 in Crime No.258 of 2017 of Chillakur Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, for the offence punishable under Section 34(A) of A.P. Excise Act. The accusation against the petitioner/A.4 is that his wife is the licensee of shop No.221 of Chinthavaram Village. The petitioner through his Manager-A.3 send liquor bottles 60 + 20 to A.1 and A.2 respectively to sell outside at higher price. These allegations have come to light when A.1 to A.3 were arrested and they confessed the commission of offence. A.1 to A.3 were remanded to judicial custody and were granted regular bail. As per the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner/A.4, he has nothing to do with the alleged seizure. He is not managing the shop. A.3 is the Manager of the subject shop.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner/A.4 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Chillakuru Police Station, Chillakuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/A.4 on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction. On such release, the petitioner/A.4 shall abide by the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Further, he shall attend before the said Station House Officer on every Sunday between 9.00 and 10.00 a.m. till filing charge sheet.
