THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.42921 AND 42966 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER These two writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to provide electricity connections to the respective premises of the petitioners without insisting upon occupancy certificate from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the lis in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the orders of this court in W.P.No.30896 of 2017 dated 13.09.2017. The same is not disputed by Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents - Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana State.

For the reasons alike in the order dated 13.09.2017 in the aforesaid writ petition, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioners subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality / Municipal Corporation within three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action for withdrawal of power supply in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
