HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 13757 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of all further proceedings in P.R.C.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Gadwal. 2.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case as early as possible. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gadwal, to complete the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.5 of 2018 as early as possible, preferably, within a period of two months and thereafter the learned trial Judge shall conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
