Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner has made an application on 16-11-2017 in Mee-Seva for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land to the 3rd respondent and contends that 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will take further action on petitioner's application within six (06) weeks. 4.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take action on petitioner's application dt.16-11-2017 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
