The petitioners question the inaction of respondent No.3 in considering their representation dated 02.06.2016 for allotment of lands admeasuring Ac.2-00 cents, Ac.0-50 cents, Ac.1-60 cents, Ac.0-80 cents, Ac.0-80 cents and Ac.1-60 cents in Survey Nos.530-1, 530-6, 527-2A1, 5272B1, 527-2B2 and 527-2C, respectively, of Ramasagaram village, Saidapuram mandal, SPSR Nellore District, under them the Cooperative Joint Farming Society (CJFS) Scheme, in spite of the report of the 4th respondent dated 20.04.2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Andhra Pradesh. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of the fact that the application was made on 02.06.2016 and the said petition was recommended and forwarded by the Tahsildar to the Revenue Divisional Officer on 20.04.2018, nothing is forthcoming though much time has elapsed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 02.06.2016. 5.

Having regard to the respective submissions and since grievance of the petitioners being limited to the extent of consideration of their representation dated 02.06.2016 seeking to allot CJFS lands to them, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass
