HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.47000 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation.

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief :- "...............Writ of Mandamus declaring the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2017, 07.02.2018, 12.04.2018, as illegal, contrary............" Petitioner is a proprietary concern dealing with the survey of lands and has rendered its services with the respondents during Mission Baghiratha. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not paying the final amount for the work rendered by the petitioner inspite of repeated representations made on 08.08.2017, 07.02.2018 and 12.04.2018.

Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had contended that since the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.04.2018 is pending with the respondents, the respondents would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 12.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
