It is brought to the notice of the Court that after filing of the present writ petition, an endorsement was given to the petitioner that the ACB authorities conducted preliminary enquiry and found not in favour of the petitioner and questioning the said action, another writ petition was filed. 2.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
