The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying, this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the application dated 26.11.2018 filed for entering the name of the petitioner in Online and issuance of pattadar pass books for the lands in Survey No.183/A to an extent of Ac.2.21 guntas, Survey No.200/A to an extent of Ac.0.13 guntas, Survey No.201 to an extent of Ac.0.26 guntas, Survey No.202 to an extent of Ac.0.04 guntas, Survey No.203/AA to an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas, Survey No.204/AA to an extent of Ac.0.19 guntas and Survey No.208 to an extent of Ac.0.18 guntas totalling Acs.5.
20 guntas situated at Chinna Chintakunta Village, Narsapur Mandal, Medak District even though mutation proceedings vide B/8502018 dated 15.10.2018 were issued, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act and Rules framed thereunder and consequently, to direct the respondents to issue pattadar pass books and enter the name of the petitioner in Online for the above lands basing on the application dated 26.11.2018 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would inform this Court that the application of the petitioner has been duly considered but as the pattadar pass books are yet to be prepared, there is delay in processing the said application to its logical conclusion.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to complete the process of considering the petitioner's application dated 26.11.2018 and to issue the revenue record to him in terms of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books
