I.A.No.1 of 2020 is filed seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. A representation on behalf of Sri Avinash Desai, learned counsel for the petitioner, is made before the Court, reiterating the said request.

Permission is accorded and the I.A. is accordingly ordered. Consequently, granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 24.12.2018 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, including I.A.No.1 of 2019, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
