The case of the petitioners is that they were issued notice dated 07-11-2017 to produce documents regarding construction of the property within seven days and the petitioners submitted explanation on 09-11-2017 stating that they were granted permission in the year 2014 itself. But inspite of the same, the respondent-authorities are trying to demolish the house of the petitioners. As such, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the Grampanchayat and Sri D.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent-C.R.D.A. The impugned notice is only to produce the documents and according to the petitioners, they have already submitted explanation on 09-11-2017.

In view of the same, the respondent-authorities are directed to consider the explanation of the petitioners dated 09-11-2017 and basing on the decision, the respondentauthorities are directed to take further action. Till consideration of the explanation of the petitioners dated 09-11-2017, no coercive steps will be taken against the petitioners.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 13-12-2017 Nvl
