The only grievance of the petitioner is that award has been passed by the Land Acquisition Officer and the petitioner has made representations on 07-07-2014 and 08-10-2015 for referring the matter under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 ( for short "the Act") for enhancement of compensation. As the said representations are not considered and disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07-07-2014 and 08-10-2015 for referring the matter under Section 64 of the Act in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
